Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.
Submit Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop your parcel at any Australia Post location.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
